Fraud & Payment Assistant

THE EAR limited is looking for a Fraud & Payment Assistant to join our team on full time basis.

The candidate will be assisting the Risk & Fraud Manager in his duties and also cover some aspects related to Responsible Gaming. He/She will work closely with the Customer Service and Finance Departments and needs to keep an open communication policy at all times.

Key Responsabilities :

  • Document checking for customer due diligence
  • Detect and identify suspicious activity
  • Monitoring of customer wallet transactions
  • Daily reports check [deposits/new registrations etc]
  • Payouts handling
  • Processing emails and replying to customers
  • Daily office duties

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working within an office environment
  • English speaking
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially in using Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Time management
  • Open minded and adaptable to frequent change
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Team player

Useful Assets :

While training will be provided, the following would be considered as assets:

  • AML and Compliance courses/certifications
  • O level standard of education
  • Experience in the iGaming industry
  • Knowledge of Italian language
